I don't have an education offer yet. Can I still join Tier 1?
Yes — that's exactly who Tier 1 is built for. You walk in with your knowledge and walk out with a built, priced, and launch-ready mentorship offer. Nothing needs to be prepared ahead of time.
Can I skip Tier 1 and go straight to Tier 2?
No. Completion of Tier 1 is a hard requirement for Tier 2. Every certified KBA mentor needs to have built and launched a real offer before they're qualified to mentor others. That standard is what makes the certification worth something.
How does the KBA Mentor Marketplace work?
When students inquire about working with Alina and her team directly, we match them to a certified KBA mentor based on the student's needs, your niche, and your ideal client profile. You don't need to cold outreach or build a following to get your first clients through the Marketplace — the pipeline is already there waiting for you to graduate.
I've invested in coaching before and got nothing out of it. What's different here?
KBA is built on deliverables, not content. Every module ends with something you produce. By the time you finish Tier 1 you have a complete Mentorship Offer Kit — actual business assets, not notes. The structure makes the difference.
What if I can't make the Monday calls?
Every call is recorded and available in the portal. You can submit questions ahead of time and get them addressed on the call even if you can't attend live.
How long until I can apply for Tier 2?
Once you've completed all six Tier 1 modules and received your KBA Mentor certification, you're eligible to apply. Most students complete Tier 1 within the 6-month window and move into the Tier 2 application from there.
Do I need a large following to make this work?
No. Your first mentees almost always come from your existing network. KBA teaches you how to enroll before you have a following — and the Marketplace gives Tier 2 graduates a client pipeline that doesn't depend on your follower count at all.
