Like many of us, I started in the beauty industry at 14 with a brush in my hand and a drive to create. I was deeply invested in the craft, starting in makeup and eventually growing into a full-scale lash business. But as the years went by, I noticed a shift.
It wasn't just happening to me; it was happening to all of us.
We were watching talented women burn out, chasing visibility instead of sustainability. We were performing for platforms that rewarded noise, while our leadership and our peace took a backseat.
I realized then that what was missing wasn’t effort, we were all working hard enough. It was structure.

From the Chair to the Brand
My time as an MUA and lash artist taught me the heartbeat of this industry. I know what it’s like to be in the trenches, focused on every tiny detail. These sets represent the foundation of excellence we’re still building on today.
Learning the Backend
When I moved from service provider to lash supplier, everything changed. I had to learn fast that beauty without structure fades. That first vendor table was a turning point; it was where I realized that our growth needs stewardship to survive.
Bridging the Gap as an Educator
As I grew, I realized I couldn't keep these lessons to myself. Becoming an educator allowed me to step into the role of a guide, helping other women master the technical skills while planting the seeds of business ownership. This was the moment I realized that teaching "the how" was only half the battle, we also needed "the why."

As an internationally recognized mentor and 2025 Mentor of the Year nominee, my mission has become clear: helping you move out of survival mode and into intentional leadership.
