You’ll have access to weekly group coaching calls, Q&A, lifetime access to our online community platform, and optional office hours. You will also be invited to community retreats with likeminded people hosted by Alina.
You’ll also have assignments that walk you through each step.
You leave this tier knowing exactly what you teach and how to sell it.
TIER 2 — CERTIFIED KINGDOM MENTOR
3 Months
Must Complete Tier 1
This is where you become official.
We take what you built in tier 1 and refine it into something that actually holds weight.
Inside this level, you:
Build a full mentorship curriculum that creates real transformation
Set up your onboarding, systems, and client experience
Learn how to sell your offer in a way that feels aligned and direct
Strengthen your coaching and leadership skills
Position yourself as an authority in your space
You will recieve:
Certification guidebook
Templates for contracts, onboarding, scripts, and curriculum
Your certification badge
Access to be listed inside the Mentor Marketplace
Mentor Marketplace
A private directory of certified Kingdom mentors.
Once you complete your certification, you can be listed inside the marketplace where clients, opportunities, and referrals can find you. You will also have the opportunity to train to work alongside Alina.
TIER 3 — CROWNED LEADER CIRCLE
12 Months
Must Complete Tier 1 and 2
This is where you stop thinking small.
You’re no longer just running a mentorship.
You’re building a brand, a name, and a legacy.
Inside this level, we focus on:
Scaling your mentorship into group programs and digital products
Launching with structure (not guessing every time)
Building systems, funnels, and automation
Expanding into speaking, partnerships, and bigger opportunities
