Digital Products (E-books, Bundles, Pre-recorded Courses) Due to the immediate, digital nature of products such as "The Holy It Girl Bundle" and "The Lash Business Roadmap", all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the digital file has been sent or accessed, it cannot be "returned," and therefore we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these items.

B. Mentorship and Coaching Services Refunds for services such as "1:1 Business Mentorship" or "The Kingdom Built Academy" certification are governed by the specific Client Agreement signed at the time of enrollment. generally:

Deposits: Any deposits paid to secure a spot in a mentorship cohort are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service, you must provide notice in writing to [email protected]. You may still be responsible for the remaining balance of the contract depending on the terms agreed to at sign-up.
